6. Detach the pipe from the receiver and plug the openings.

Important:  If the desiccant container has been open for more than 15 minutes in total, it should be changed.

7. Loosen the pipe from the holders on the subframe and remove it.

Note:  Make a note of how the pipe is positioned before removing it.

8. Lower the car to the floor.

9. Loosen and push aside the power-steering oil container.

10. Detach the rear end of the high-pressure pipe from the expansion valve. 

Plug the openings.

11. Loosen the high-pressure pipe from the holders on the structural member.
12. Carefully lift out the high-pressure pipe.
