Rear Bumper Reinforcement: Service and Repair

Replacement Of The Rear Protective Shell

To remove

1. Remove the bumper and lay it on a well-protected workbench.

2. Loosen the upper cell section from the protective shell. Lift it out from the bumper rail. (Wedged into the bumper rail).
3. Remove the two cell sections mounted on the protective shell. Detach the bumper rail from the 14 clips holding it to the protective shell and

remove it from the shell.
