Remove component: horn.

Connect a test lamp to B+ and pin 1 of the female connector.

The test lamp should light.
Test results OK?
YES

Go to point 7.
NO

Repair or replace the lead between pin 1 of the female connector and grounding point G30.

Go to point 8.
7. Check wiring harness.

Connect a test lamp to pins 1 and 2 of the female connector.
