Fluid Line/Hose: Service and Repair
Lower Fluid Delivery Pipe

To Remove

1. Raise the car.
2. Place an oil pan under the transmission to collect fluid spill.
3. Remove the lower banjo bolt, plug the hole.
4. Lower the car to the floor.
5. Remove the pipes' bracket from the fan cowling.
6. Remove the bypass pipe and valve.

Remove the upper banjo bolt.

7. Unplug the connectors from the radiator fans. Undo the clip securing the hose to the expansion tank. Remove the screws and lift out the complete

fan cowling.

8. Remove the lower banjo bolt.
9. Lift out the delivery pipe.

Fitting 

NOTE: Change the seals in the banjo bolts.
