9. Install the seat belt bezel to the top of the seat back with the mounting screw.

Tighten the seat belt bezel screw to 3 Nm (26 in. lbs.).

10. Using a flat-bladed tool, carefully engage the plastic strips that retain the seat back cover to the side air bag inflator module.
11. Carefully install the seat back cover behind the trim edge of the side air bag inflator module.

12. Fasten the J-strips (1, 4) across the bottom of the seat back cover.
13. Install the seat cover flaps (2) to the seat frame with push-pins (3).
14. Install the seat trim panel. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement  (See: Seat Cushion/Service and Repair/Seat Cushion Outer Trim

Panel Replacement).

15. Install the head restraint. Refer to Front Seat Head Restraint Replacement  (See: Head Rest/Service and Repair/Front Seat Head Restraint

Replacement).

16. Install the front seat assembly from the vehicle. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket  (See: Service and Repair/Front Seat Replacement -

Bucket).

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the seat assembly from the vehicle. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket  (See: Service and Repair/Front Seat Replacement - Bucket

).

2. Remove the seat trim panel. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement  (See: Seat Cushion/Service and Repair/Seat Cushion Outer

Trim Panel Replacement).

3. Remove the front seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement  (See: Front Seat Back Replacement).
4. Remove the seat back cover and pad. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement  (See: Front Seat Back Cushion

Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement).

5. Remove the front seat back panel. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Back Cushion Finish Panel Replacement  (See: Driver Seat and

Passenger Seat Back Cushion Finish Panel Replacement).

6. Remove the lumbar assembly. Refer to Front Seat Lumbar Support Replacement  (See: Power Seat Motor/Service and Repair/Front Seat Lumbar

Support Replacement) or Lumbar Support Cable Replacement  (See: Service and Repair/Lumbar Support Cable Replacement).

7. Remove the seat belt and retractor assembly. Refer to Front Seat Belt Replacement  (See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service

and Repair/Front Seat Belt).
