Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LH6)

Tools Required

J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LL8) (See: Service and Repair/Cooling System Draining and Filling

)Cooling System Draining and Filling (LH6) (See: Service and Repair/Cooling System Draining and Filling).

2. Using J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp (3).
3. Remove the radiator outlet hose (2) from the radiator.

4. Using J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp.
5. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the engine (5).
6. Remove the radiator outlet hose. 

Installation Procedure
