The hardened side of the release bearing must face towards the clutch

NEW SLAVE CYLINDER

A new slave cylinder with 0-ring seals and an improved release bearing have been introduced on the 1985 model with the B202 engine as from
chassis number: AF1002757

NOTE:  The new release bearing can be fitted only to the new slave cylinder.

1.  Sleeve
2.  Slave cylinder housing
3.  Piston
4.  0-rings
5.  Dust cover with circlip
6.  Release bearing

TO DISMANTLE

1.  Remove the release bearing from the slave cylinder.
2.  Press out the sleeve.

3.  Remove the piston.
4.  Remove the circlip and dust cover.
