Heater Bypass Valve Installation Procedure
1.
Disconnect the ground cable trom the battery.
2.
Drain the engine coolant from the radiator drain.
3.
Cut the tie strap securing the hoses leading to the heater control valve. Remove the hoses from the control valve (Figure 1).

Remove the lower hose from the large coolant pipe located between the intake manifold runners (Figure 2).
