900 L4-1985cc 2.0L DOHC Turbo EFI (1985)
Throttle Body: Service and Repair
1.
Drain enough coolant to lower level in system to below throttle housing.
2.
Disconnect two coolant hoses from housing.
3.
Disconnect rubber elbow for intake air. Position aside.
4.
Disconnect two vacuum hoses.
5.
Remove two clips, then disconnect throttle cable from throttle housing.
6.
Unplug connector, then remove nut at bottom of throttle housing.
7.
Remove bolt at bottom of throttle housing, then position brace aside.
8.
Remove throttle housing mounting nuts, then the housing. Save O-ring.
9.
Reverse procedure to install. Recalibrate system.
