Plug in the cruise control tester, P/N 85 80 078, and verify that the switch functions properly.

12.

Secure the cable harness with a tie strap to the steering column and fit the bracket with the stalk switches.

13.

Reinstall the air duct, insulation and the steering column cover.

14.

Ccnnect the negative baftery cable.

15.

Test drive to ensure that the cruise control operates correctly.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:For warranty repairs requiring the replacement of the cruise control switch, the Labor 7ime Allowance is Operation No.

36442 (0.3 hour), plus 0.2 hour in straight time to make the necessary mcdifications.
