New Internal/External Gear-Change Mechanism  5-Speed Gearboxes

This guide consists of a spring guided by a tubular dowel secured to the primary chaincase and guiding the two extended spring ends on the
selector rod (see the figure). Adjustment of the gear position is carried out with 3rd gear engaged and locating tool 87 91 576 fitted to the final
drive cover which is provided with a shoulder for the tool.
