Removal, cars with automatic transmission

Remove the two screws and take away the cover.

Remove the detent mechanism

Pull up the outer casing of the gear-selector lever.

Remove the plug and screws for the gear-selector cover. Remove the cover and pull out the lamp.

Remove the screws and lift away the cover to the handbrake handle.

Unfasten the control panel. Mark up the connectors and take them apart.

Remove the two screws securing the front part of the center console.

Slide forwards both forward seats and remove the rear center console screws. Lift the rear center console out backwards.

Installation, cars with automatic transmission

Installation is carried out in the reverse order to removal.
