Wheel Bearing: Service and Repair
Rear Axle Hubs, Bearings & Seals
1.
Raise and support vehicle, remove wheels.
2.
Remove caliper and brake disc.
3.
Remove dust cap, locking nut and thrust washer.
4.
Pull off hub.
5.
Reverse procedure to install.
6.
Torque locking nut to 195-208 ft.lbs., secure locknut by hitting the flange with a suitable drift.
