Push the glass towards the back of the door while at the same time pressing the top of the regulator assembly towards the front until it is
approximately 3/8 in. past its securing hole (Figure 2) at the top.

While continuing to apply pressure to the regulator and glass, tighten the bolts securing the glass to the window regulator (Figure 1).

8.

Slide the fop of the window regulator back into position and secure it with the bolt removed in step 4 (Figure 1).

9.

Check the operation of the window.

10.

Reinstall the plastic moisture barrier on the door.

11.

Reinstall the inner door panel.

For warranty claims, use Failure Code 83510-27-3/4- 01-05. The Labor Allowance is 0.5 hour which should be entered as
straight time.
