Oil Pump: Service and Repair

1.

Raise and support front of vehicle.

2.

Remove front fender inner liner and right hand side wheel.

3.

Remove drive belts.

4.

Secure crankshaft from turning, then remove crankshaft pulley attaching bolt.

5.

Remove oil pump cover attaching bolts, then the oil pump.

6.

To install, proceed as follows:
a. Ensure pump O-ring is not damaged.
b. Install oil pump and tighten attaching bolt.
c. Install crankshaft pulley and drive belts.
d. Install fender inner liner and wheel.
e. Lower vehicle.
