To Install - Cars With ACC

1. Fit a new gear. Align shaft on air distributor gear. Turn the gear so that the lugs lock into the clips on the heating and ventilation unit.
2. Fit bracket with electric motors. Check that the bevel gear spindle is in the correct position and that the cable for the heater control is on the

correct side of the bracket.

3. Screw bracket into place. Attach the cable to the heater controls and fit clip.
4. Plug in connectors for servo and pump motors.
5. Fit air duct and defroster vent. 
6. Lift up the electrical distribution box. 
7. Fit the glove compartment
