9000 L4-1985cc 2.0L DOHC Turbo EFI (1987)
Voltmeter and fuel consumption instrument 210 will be energized when the ignition switch is set to the drive position.
1. Check fuses 13 and 17 and check that the supply to them is live.
2. Check that the contact surfaces of the connectors are undamaged and clean. This is important since the currents involved are low.
3. Check the wiring and the earth connections.
4. Check the voltage at terminal 1 of sensor 132.
NOTE:
If the EDU fails to operate properly, check the eight-pole connectors behind the combined instrument before replacing the EDU.
If one-half of the EDU fails to light up, check the bulb first.
