Remove bolts securing control arm bearings, Fig. 4, then the control arm and spring.

6.

Remove nuts securing bearings to control arm and remove bearings and rubber bushings.

7.

Press new bushings into bearings using tool No. 7841331 or equivalent. Do not use oil or grease to ease installation. If lubrication is
necessary, use a soap and water solution.

Reinstall bearing assemblies, torquing nuts to 54-66 ft.lbs. and noting proper angle between control arm and bearing, Fig. 5.

9.

Reverse procedure to install control arm, road test vehicle, then check alignment.
