Constant Velocity Joint: Service and Repair

Disassembly
The universal joint is sensitive to impurities.

Clean the universal joint externally. Remove the existing grease in the rubber gaiter. Clean it meticulously.

Remove the circlip and pull the universal joint free from the shaft. Use the appropriate three clawed puller.
