9000 L4-2290cc 2.3L DOHC Turbo EFI (1992)
Removal
1. Remove the valve body cover.
2. Undo the ten screws with the larger head.
Screw size = TORX TX27
3. On models with turbocharger, remove the charge pressure pipe.

Use slide hammer tool No. 87 91 360, or equivalent.
4. On all models, lift off the valve body.
Installation
1. Set the gear selector mechanism to position "1".
2. Set the selector slide in the valve body to position "1", i.e. fully inserted.
3. Place the valve body in position and install the 10 screws.
