1 Install the throttle pressure valve and lock it using the clip.
2. Place the upper part of the valve body on the workbench and press in valves and springs.
3. Using the bench as support, push together the cover and the upper part of the valve body at the same time as adjusting springs and valves into the
correct position.
4. Install and tighten the six cover screws.

Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4 ft. lbs.)
5. Install the valves and springs to the other side of the valve body.
6. Install the gasket to the cover.
7. Using the bench as support, press together the cover and the upper part of the valve body.
8. Install and tighten the five cover screws.

Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4 ft. lbs.)
