For the correct average fuel consumption to be displayed, this must be done every 3000 kilometres (1865 miles). The trip computer cannot calculate
average fuel consumption over a longer continuous distance than about 3000 km (1865 miles).
Switching off the display
If no information is required, the display can be partially or completely extinguished by pressing the "R" and "INFO" buttons simultaneously. The
buttons must be pressed for at least 2 seconds.
The information displayed is turned on and off in the following order:

when the buttons are first depressed, the bar chart will be extinguished

when the buttons are pressed a second time, the digital part will also be extinguished and the display will turn completely black

when the buttons are pressed a third time, the bar chart will light up

when the buttons are pressed a fourth time, the digital part will also light up and the display will again be fully operative.
