Important
It is advisable to test the resistance of the fuel level sensor before the fuel pump is removed.
With the fuel pump placed on a flat surface, the distance between the surface and underside of the float arm should be 8 mm below the surface.
Transmitter resistance should be:
Empty tank, float in lowest position 25-40 Ohms
Full tank, float in highest position 360-380 Ohms.
