Discharge Air Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair
Removal

1. Cars without passenger air-bag: Remove the glove compartment and fold down the electrical distribution box.

Cars with a passenger air-bag: Remove the upper part of the facia.

2. Cut the cable tie around the lead to the connector.
3. Unplug the connector and press it out of the flap motor mounting.
4. Press both the blended air temperature sensor leads out of the connector. The leads do not need to be marked as their internal placing is not

important. 

5. Pull out the sensor.
