Valve Seat: Service and Repair

For regrinding the valve seats, use a cutter set with T-wrench, guide spindle 83 95 097, and grinding tools 78 61 040 (45°), 83 93 936 (60°) and 83 95
105 (70°), or equivalents. Valve seat angle: 45° Re-grinding angle: 60° (exhaust) (1) 70° (intake) (2) Valve seat width:

Exhaust valve:  1.4 - 1.8 mm (1)

Intake valve:  1.0 - 1.4 mm (2)
