If necessary to adjust, loosen nut on outer end of tie rod, then rotate tie rod until distance A, is as specified.

Torque tie rod end locknuts to 46-56 ft. lbs.
Camber
Camber cannot be adjusted. If setting is not within specified limits, defective components must be replaced.
Toe-In
Rear toe-in is not adjustable. If setting is not within specified limits, check and replace defective components.
Vehicle Ride Height
When measuring vehicle ride height, refer to vehicle ride height dimension and measurement chart, Fig. 3 and 4.
1. Roll vehicle forward, then backward approximately 3 feet.
2. Depress front of vehicle, then release.
3. Measure height and record results.
4. Repeat step 1.
5. Pull up on front of vehicle, then release.
6. Measure height and record results.
7. Calculate an average of the two measurements. Maximum tolerance for variation is .393 inch.
Measuring Height of the Car Before Checking Wheel Alignment
The choice of chassis spring is determined by the car height measurement together with the axle weight.
When taking height measurements the following is assumed:

The car should have a full tank of fuel and a full windscreen fluid level (normal driving weight).
