Windshield Washer Hose: Service and Repair
Washer Hoses
The washer hose for the headlamps has been repositioned and instead of being run across the radiator as before is now run together with the cable
conduit on the member below the radiator.
The washer hose for the windscreen consists of both plastic and rubber hoses connected together behind the front bulkhead partition.
The washer hose for the rear window assembly on 9000 CS models is run along the right-hand side of the roof parallel with the fuel tank breather hose.
Holes for securing the hose are provided in the sunroof frame and the hose is clipped in place.
Washer nozzles
On 9000 CS models the washer nozzle is located in the high-level brake light, if installed. If no high-level brake light is installed, the washer nozzle is
located in the trim above the rear window.
Washer nozzles for the windscreen are positioned at the factory and to ensure the setting, the washer nozzle hole pattern has been changed.
