Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

To Remove

Remove the cover from over the bulkhead space. Detach the drain hose and washer fluid hose.

Remove the rubber strip and the right-hand partition panel.

Unplug electrical connections.

Remove both screws securing the casing.

Remove the screws securing the actual antifreeze thermostat.

To Install

Carefully insert the capillary tube into the evaporator. Make sure that the tube goes all the way down. Do up the screw securing the anti-freeze
thermostat.

Screw on the casing.

Connect cables.

Screw on the partition panel and press on the rubber strip.

Connect the drain hose and the washer fluid hose to the cover and screw the cover over the bulkhead space.
