Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement
REPLACEMENT
1. Use tool 89 96 423, or equivalent, to remove the pulley from the pump shaft.
2. Use tool 89 96 415, or equivalent, to fit the pulley on the pump axle. The pulley should be fitted so that the pump shaft and pulley hub sit edge to
edge.
IMPORTANT: The pump shaft should not be tensioned when tightening or releasing the pulley. Test drive and check operation. Inspect for any
possible link.
