1. Connect the lower radiator hose to the expansion tank. Install the expansion tank and do up the bolt or alternatively press the expansion tank into

position.

2. Plug in the level sensor electrical connection and connect the upper radiator hose(s).
3. Fill with coolant and check the system for leaks.
4. Bleed the system as follows:

a

Fill the system to the MAX level and fit the pressure cap. Start the engine and run it, preferably at varying rpm, until the radiator fan starts.

b

Remove the pressure cap and refill to MAX.

c

Install the pressure cap and let the engine run at various accelerator settings until the radiator fan has started a further three times.

d

Switch off the engine and refill to the MAX level if necessary.
