1. Fit the drive belt and check all pulleys.
2. Lower the engine and do up the right-hand engine mounting bolt and tighten to 39 Nm (29 ft. lbs.). Remove the jack.
3. Relieve the load from the belt tensioner by turning the belt tensioner pulley locking bolt forwards in the car using a 15 mm wrench. Fit the belt on

the coolant pump pulley and check the other pulleys. Carefully release the belt tensioner.

4. Fit the torque arm engine mounting and refit the servo line clamp.
5. Refit the torque arm, bolt on the lead and press the power steering servo oil reservoir into place.
6. Start the engine and let it run at idling speed for a moment. Switch off the engine and check that the belt is positioned correctly.
