DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION
For diagnosis of the cars electronic systems, a 16-pin data link connector is located under the dashboard adjacent to the steering column.
Current is supplied to pin 16 of the data link connector via fuse 23. Power ground is connected to pin 4 and signal ground to pin 5.

FAULT DIAGNOSIS HINTS
1. Check that fuse 23 is intact and supplied with current.
2. Check whether contact can be made with other systems connected to the same pin.
3. Check The Wiring harness, connectors and ground connections.
