4. Connect the throttle cable.

Adjust the throttle cable until there is a little slack in it. Look at the control lever and turn the adjusting device.

When the throttle cable is in its position of rest, the control lever should also be in its position of rest.

5. On the front of the control lever bracket (undeneath) is an adjusting screw. This screw should be adjusted so that the stop on the throttle body is 

0.3 mm from the end position when the control lever is in the wide open throttle position. Check the clearance using a feeler gauge.

6. Remove the special tool.

The Cruise Control cable has no means of adjustment.

    
WARNING:  The engine must not be started as long as the special tool is fitted.
