4. Install the big-end bearing caps with bearing shells (with the identifying numbers on the bearing and bearing cap in line). The big-end bearing nuts
should be fitted with the flanges down (towards the connecting rods) and tighten to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.), then a further quarter turn (through 90°).
