Remove the expansion tank, undo the electrical connection to the level sensor and fold the tank aside. Fold aside the steering servo reservoir as
well and hang both up with a cable tie or similar strapping.

Use clamp 83 95 154 and screw the belt tensioner together.

Note how the belt is threaded and lift it off the belt tensioner's idler wheel.

Release the belt tensioner.

Remove the belt tensioner's upper fastening screw and fold back the belt tensioner.

Pull out the old bushing and fit the new one.

Screw in the new screw and tighten it so that the belt tensioner is fixed.
