Position the cover over the control module, see Illustration.
Important:
The arrows on the control module and the cover must be pointing in the same direction.
Press the cover onto the control module so that the double-sided adhesive tape fastens properly.

Fit the carpet on the passenger side of the center console and carpet trim from the fusebox, if removed.
10.
Connect the negative battery cable, adjust the clock and program the radio code where necessary.
11.
Connect the diagnostic tool and clear any diagnostic trouble codes present in the system.
12.
Start the car and make sure the SRS lamp comes on for about 6 seconds and then goes out. Disconnect the diagnostic tool.
Marking the campaign plate
After taking these measures, box A4 (M92 US/CA) or box C2 (M93-94) on the campaign plate must be marked. Mark the box with a numeral "8" (Saab
Special Tool P/N 02 97 713). If needed, order this special tool directly from Kent-Moore at 1-800-345-2233.
