Assembly
1. Install new O-rings to the plunger and grease them using Vaseline.
2. Press plunger A into the cylinder. Then install the conical washer and then the Belleville washer with the domed side upwards. Alternatively, only
a Belleville washer, see illustration.
3. Install an O-ring to the holder plate and grease it with Vaseline.
4. Install the stop washer and press it down using tool 87 91 535 in a press. The circlip can be installed by hand, but use pliers if necessary.
5. Install the entire plate assembly for clutch A. Start with the spring Plate, followed alternately by outer plates and friction plates. There should be
five friction plates.
6. Install the final plate and secure using the circlip. Check and, if necessary, adjust the clearance in clutch A.
7. Check and adjust clearance in clutch A.
