Background
There is a risk of the soft-top cloth being folded incorrectly when lowered. An incorrectly folding top will have triangular shaped folds pointing toward
the outside of the car near the 2nd bow. These triangular folds may then rub against the bottom of the tonneau cover causing it to be damaged.
When raised, any damage can be seen as chafe marks on each side of the soft top, just behind the second bow.
These measures should be taken after a customer complaint.
