Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve: Service and Repair

To Remove

1. Remove the resonating chamber.
2. Unplug the IAC valve's connector and remove the valve with hoses.
3. Remove the valve from the bracket and hoses.

To Install

Install in reverse order.

IMPORTANT:  Note the arrow on the valve. It should point in the same direction as the air flow.
