Oxygen Sensor: Service and Repair
Front Heated Oxygen Sensor (Before Catalytic Converter)
To Remove

Remove the resonating chamber.

Unplug the sensor wiring connector.

Before removing the wiring, note how it is run and the positions of any cable ties.

Raise the car and remove the oxygen sensor.
To Install
IMPORTANT:

Before fitting, lubricate the threads with Molycote 1000 or the equivalent.

When securing the wiring, take care to ensure that it will not come into contact with the exhaust pipe.
Install in reverse order.
Tightening torque: 55 Nm (33 ft lbs).
