Carefully unscrew the expansion tank lid and undo the hose clamp on the lower coolant hose at the radiator.

Raise the car and drain the coolant. Disconnect the lower coolant hose from the radiator.

3.

Undo the clamps on the hoses between the engine and the heat exchanger at the heat exchanger.

4.

Lower the car and remove the coolant hoses engine radiator, radiator coolant pump and engine heat exchanger. Cut the cable ties securing the
wiring harness to the coolant hose between the engine and the radiator.

5.

Fit the hose clamps onto the new hoses, connect the hoses and tighten the clamps.
