FAULT DIAGNOSIS HINTS
By means of a diagnostics mode in the radio-cassette player it is possible to ascertain whether any diagnostic trouble codes have been generated
for the audio system.
Since the diagnostic trouble codes are not saved, every function (radio, cassette and CD player) has to be checked separately.
1. Check that fuses 4,13 and 9 are intact and supplied with current.
2. Check that the fuse at the rear of the radio-cassette player is intact.
3. Check the connectors, wiring harness and ground connections.
