4.

Align the new ball unit together with the new coupling pin and insert the new bolts.

5.

Align the connector and spacer.

6.

Pull the ball unit downwards and tighten the new bolts and nuts.

Tightening torque 90 Nm (66.5 lbf ft)

7.

Lower the car.

8.

Open the boot lid, lift up the loading floor and remove the label with towbar care/use instructions and attach the new label in its place.

9.

9-3: Check that the hitch cover fits properly. Adjust if necessary.
