Correcting Complaint of Exhaust Vibration Caused by Broken Catalyst Support Bracket
Application:
Certain 1994 and 1995 900 Models See VIN Serial No. Ranges under Cars Affected.
If a customer complains of a very loud exhaust vibration, check that the steel bracket installed between the engine and catalytic converter has not broken.
If upon investigation this bracket is found to be cracked/damaged, it can be replaced with a new-developed spare parts kit as described below.
