Important:  The ICE module does not control the regular wiper system but only intermittent wiper operation.

Position 1 low speed

Check whether a 12 V power supply is present on pin 8 of the switch connector when the switch is in position
If it is not, install a new switch.

Check whether a 12 V power supply is present between pin 3 of the wiper motor connector and a good grounding point.
If it is not, check the wiring between pin 8 of the switch connector and pin 3 of the wiper motor connector for continuity/shorting.

If the windshield wiper does not work after the above checks have been carried out, the fault is probably in the motor. Change the wiper motor.
