If no 12 V power supply is present as in point 2, check the wiring for continuity/shorting.

Check the switch and headlamp wash/wipe position P as in point 3 under "Windshield washing with intermittent operation".

Check whether a 12 V power supply is present on pin 2 of the headlamp wiper motor connector when the switch is in position P.
If it is not, check the wiring between pin 5 of the switch connector and pin 2 of the headlamp wiper motor connector for continuity/shorting.

If the headlamp wiper system does not work after the above checks have been carried out, the fault is probably in the headlamp wiper motors.
Change the motor or motors that do not work.
