Installation

Carefully tap in the bushes using driver tool.
NOTE: The reverse selector shaft has no bush in the gear case.
Sinter Insert (Venting)
Removal
1. From outside tap the sinter insert out of the gear case with a drift.
Installation

Carefully tap in a new sinter insert from the parting surface (the sinter insert is conical).
CAUTION:

Use a hollow drift or a piece of pipe, so that the sinter insert is not pressed together (blocked).

If the sinter insert is blocked, its venting characteristics are destroyed and the oil in the gearbox could be forced out.
