Door Locks: Service and Repair
Replacement of Rear Door Lock

Remove the door handle and door trim.

Unplug the electric window lift connector.

Detach the two rods for the inside door handle and locking button. They are clipped in place by the lock.

Important:  It will be easier to undo the clips if you wear gloves. The clips have sharp edges.

Remove the three screws securing the lock and lift out the entire lock mechanism with motor.

Unplug the connector.

Remove the two screws securing the motor to the lock assembly and unhook the motor.

Install in reverse order.
