EVAP Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair
WARNING: Removing the fuel filler pipe entails working on the car's fuel system. The following points must therefore be observed:

Work only in a well-ventilated area. If approved equipment for the extraction of fuel vapours is available, be sure to use it.

Wear protective gloves. Prolonged contact with fuel can cause skin irritation or dermatitis.

Keep a class BE fire extinguisher near at hand. Be mindful of the danger of sparks caused by short circuits and when connecting and disconnecting
leads, etc. in electrical circuits.

No smoking anywhere in the vicinity.
To Remove
1. Raise the car and remove the RH rear wheel.
2. Clean the area round the filler pipe so that dirt, etc. will not get into it or into the tank.
3. Remove the plastic screw securing the filler pipe to the. car body.
4. Undo the hose clips and remove the plastic hose connecting the filler pipe to the fixed pipe on the tank.
5. Unplug the pressure sensor's connector.
6. Lower the car to the floor.
7. Grasp the pipe under the rear wing with one hand and prise the filler pipe off the collar by the filler flap. Use a screwdriver.
8. Withdraw the filler pipe.
9. Remove the pressure sensor.
