Check the length of the side elastic straps at the front in their relaxed position. The normal distance from the edge binding to the rivet is 21-215
mm. If the length is 165-170 mm, the side elastic strap has already been shortened. If they are already shortened, continue with step 13.

Drill out the pop rivets securing the front side elastic straps to the front rails.
